Welcome orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to North Carolina runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Welcome does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Welcome address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 9.3 square miles of Welcome sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Midway, NC (5 mi), Lexington, NC (8 mi), Yadkin College, NC (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Liberty, roughly 92 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The North Carolina military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Liberty and Camp Lejeune, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Welcome.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Welcome customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Welcome customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Welcome customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Welcome addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your welcome group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
