Custom apparel delivered to White Bird, Idaho in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in White Bird order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Census numbers put White Bird at a community of 88 on 0.1 square miles of Idaho, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Grangeville, ID (14 mi), Cottonwood, ID (20 mi), Riggins, ID (24 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fairchild Air Force Base, around 142 miles from White Bird, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Idaho military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Gowen Field and Mountain Home Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around White Bird.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. White bird customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks White Bird customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Budget planning for White Bird customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to White Bird addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your White Bird group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Proofs are free and fast, approvals are in writing, and the price you calculated is the price you pay.
