Wingate orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to North Carolina runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Wingate order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
With about 4,300 people spread over 2.3 square miles, Wingate gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Marshville, NC (4 mi), Monroe, NC (7 mi), Unionville, NC (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Jackson, around 70 miles from Wingate, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The North Carolina military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Liberty and Camp Lejeune, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Wingate.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Wingate customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Wingate customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Wingate customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Wingate addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your wingate group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
