You send us a design or build one in the Design Lab, we send you a written proof, you approve it, we print it and ship it. Every price on this site includes the front decoration; options like back prints, oversized prints, and 2XL and larger sizes are itemized before you commit. Nothing prints and nothing is charged until you approve your proof in writing.
Prices shown in the Design Lab and on product pages are live estimates at published pack rates. Your final quote is confirmed in writing with your proof. If a quote and this website ever disagree, the written quote controls.
Your written proof approval is the point of no return. What you approve is exactly what prints, including spelling, colors, sizes, and placement. Check the roster twice; we print it once.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. If we make a production error, meaning the delivered goods do not match your approved proof, or a print fails from a production defect, we remake the affected pieces at no charge. That is a stronger promise than a return policy on custom goods, because it covers the thing that can actually go wrong.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from proof approval. Rush timelines are quoted honestly before you pay; if we cannot hit your date, we say so up front. Delivery dates depend on carriers once packages leave our hands, and we help chase any carrier issue.
You keep all rights to artwork you submit. By submitting it, you confirm you have the right to reproduce it and you authorize us to print it for your order and to show your approved proof back to you. You are responsible for having permission for logos, characters, brands, and insignia in your design. We follow trademark licensing rules for official military insignia and will flag designs that cross a line rather than print them. We refuse orders containing content we judge hateful or unlawful.
Orders are invoiced after proof approval and paid before production unless we agree otherwise in writing for unit and institutional orders. We do not store card details.
Our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed event dates caused by carrier delays we do not control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which the order ships. If something goes wrong, email us first; nearly everything gets fixed with one conversation.
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
