A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Every order ships tracked to every team in all 50 states with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your team, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
