Banners and Signs delivered to Chewelah

Chewelah crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Chewelah address in 5 to 7 business days.

Chewelah is home to about 2,700 people across 3.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Valley, WA (8 mi), Addy, WA (8 mi), Loon Lake, WA (15 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fairchild Air Force Base, roughly 45 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Chewelah.

Banners and Signs demand around Chewelah does not stop at the town line. Crews from Valley (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Chewelah gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Chewelah customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Chewelah customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Here is what Chewelah customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Chewelah addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your chewelah crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
