Banners and Signs for Circle: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Circle crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Circle address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Circle at a community of 572 on 0.8 square miles of Montana, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Brockway, MT (12 mi), Lindsay, MT (24 mi), Richey, MT (29 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Minot Air Force Base sits about 208 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Circle.
Because Brockway sits only 12 miles from Circle, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Circle customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Circle customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Circle customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Circle addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Circle crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
