Sublimation in Circle, MT.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Circle gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Circle

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Circle, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Circle is home to a community of 572 across 0.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Brockway, MT (12 mi), Lindsay, MT (24 mi), Richey, MT (29 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Minot Air Force Base, roughly 208 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Circle.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Montana mixes Circle crews with neighbors like Brockway, 12 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Circle gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Circle customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Circle customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Circle addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Circle crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
