Banners and Signs delivered to Copake

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Copake, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 1.2 square miles of Copake sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Taconic Shores, NY (1 mi), Copake Falls, NY (2 mi), Copake Lake, NY (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Westover Air Reserve Base, roughly 51 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Copake.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New York mixes Copake crews with neighbors like Taconic Shores, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Copake gets printed large format

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Copake customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Copake customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Copake customers see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Copake addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Copake crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Copake crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
