From single pieces to full crew runs, Hortense gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Hortense, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 1.9 square miles of Hortense sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Nahunta, GA (9 mi), Offerman, GA (11 mi), Screven, GA (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Stewart sits about 40 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Hortense.
Banners and Signs demand around Hortense does not stop at the town line. Crews from Nahunta (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Hortense customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Hortense customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hortense customers see.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Hortense addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Hortense crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
