Custom apparel delivered to Hortense, Georgia in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Hortense order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 1.9 square miles of Hortense sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Nahunta, GA (9 mi), Offerman, GA (11 mi), Screven, GA (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Stewart sits about 40 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Georgia military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Moore and Fort Stewart, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Hortense.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Hortense customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hortense customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Hortense customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Hortense group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
