Banners and Signs in Waldo, KS.

Custom printed large format gear for Waldo businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Banners and Signs delivered to Waldo

Waldo crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Waldo address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 32 spread over 0.4 square miles, Waldo gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Luray, KS (6 mi), Paradise, KS (6 mi), Natoma, KS (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Riley, roughly 105 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Waldo.

Because Luray sits only 6 miles from Waldo, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Waldo gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Waldo customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Waldo customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Waldo customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Waldo addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Waldo crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
