Banners and Signs delivered to Wautoma

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Wautoma, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Wautoma is home to about 2,200 people across 2.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Neshkoro, WI (8 mi), Wild Rose, WI (8 mi), Lohrville, WI (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort McCoy, roughly 76 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wautoma.

Banners and Signs demand around Wautoma does not stop at the town line. Crews from Neshkoro (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Wautoma gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Wautoma customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Wautoma customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Wautoma customers see.

10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Wautoma addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Wautoma crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
