Embroidery in Wautoma, WI.

Custom embroidered gear for Wautoma businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Wautoma

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Wautoma, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Wautoma at about 2,200 people on 2.8 square miles of Wisconsin, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Neshkoro, WI (8 mi), Wild Rose, WI (8 mi), Lohrville, WI (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort McCoy, around 76 miles from Wautoma, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Wautoma.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Wisconsin mixes Wautoma crews with neighbors like Neshkoro, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Wautoma gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Wautoma customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Wautoma customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Wautoma addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Wautoma crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Wautoma crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
