From single pieces to full crew runs, Willow Springs gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Willow Springs crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Willow Springs address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 2,200 people spread over 3.6 square miles, Willow Springs gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Pomona, MO (9 mi), Cabool, MO (12 mi), Mountain View, MO (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Leonard Wood, around 59 miles from Willow Springs, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Willow Springs.
Because Pomona sits only 9 miles from Willow Springs, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Willow Springs customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Willow Springs customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Willow Springs crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
