Custom Design delivered to Cabot

Cabot crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Cabot address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Cabot to the other, 1.2 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Marshfield, VT (4 mi), Hardwick, VT (7 mi), Danville, VT (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, around 120 miles from Cabot, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Cabot.

Custom Design demand around Cabot does not stop at the town line. Crews from Marshfield (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cabot gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Cabot customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cabot customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Cabot addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Cabot crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your cabot crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
