Custom Design for Eitzen: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Eitzen, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Eitzen is home to a community of 273 across 0.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Caledonia, MN (9 mi), New Albin, IA (9 mi), Spring Grove, MN (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort McCoy, roughly 44 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Eitzen counted against your roster.
Custom Design demand around Eitzen does not stop at the town line. Crews from Caledonia (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Eitzen customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Eitzen customers, these three earn their keep.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
The table below is the actual price list Eitzen customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Production plus shipping to Eitzen addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Eitzen crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
