Screen Printing for Eitzen: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Eitzen, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Eitzen at a community of 273 on 0.6 square miles of Minnesota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Caledonia, MN (9 mi), New Albin, IA (9 mi), Spring Grove, MN (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort McCoy, roughly 44 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Eitzen.
Screen Printing demand around Eitzen does not stop at the town line. Crews from Caledonia (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Eitzen customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Eitzen customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Eitzen customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Eitzen crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
