Custom Design delivered to Rudyard

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Rudyard, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.9 square miles of Rudyard sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Hingham, MT (6 mi), Inverness, MT (7 mi), Joplin, MT (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Malmstrom Air Force Base, roughly 81 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Rudyard counted against your roster.

Custom Design demand around Rudyard does not stop at the town line. Crews from Hingham (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Rudyard gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Rudyard customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Rudyard customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Rudyard customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Rudyard addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your rudyard crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
