Embroidery in Rudyard, MT.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Rudyard gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Rudyard

Rudyard crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Rudyard address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.9 square miles of Rudyard sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Hingham, MT (6 mi), Inverness, MT (7 mi), Joplin, MT (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Malmstrom Air Force Base, roughly 81 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Rudyard.

Embroidery demand around Rudyard does not stop at the town line. Crews from Hingham (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Rudyard gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Rudyard customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Rudyard customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Rudyard addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Rudyard crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Rudyard crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
