From single pieces to full crew runs, Sardis gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Sardis, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Sardis is home to a community of 62 across 1.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mount Olivet, KY (4 mi), Mays Lick, KY (6 mi), Germantown, KY (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Wright-Patterson AFB, around 87 miles from Sardis, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sardis.
Custom Design demand around Sardis does not stop at the town line. Crews from Mount Olivet (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Sardis customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Sardis customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Sardis customers see.

| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The timeline to Sardis addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Sardis crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

You will see the proof before you pay and the price before you talk to anyone. That is the whole pitch.
