From single pieces to full crew runs, Vader gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Vader, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 682 spread over 0.9 square miles, Vader gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Ryderwood, WA (5 mi), Toledo, WA (6 mi), Winlock, WA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, around 44 miles from Vader, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Vader.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Washington mixes Vader crews with neighbors like Ryderwood, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Vader customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Vader customers, these three earn their keep.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Budget planning for Vader customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
The timeline to Vader addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Vader crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
