Embroidery delivered to Vader

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Vader, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 682 spread over 0.9 square miles, Vader gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Ryderwood, WA (5 mi), Toledo, WA (6 mi), Winlock, WA (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, around 44 miles from Vader, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Vader.

Embroidery demand around Vader does not stop at the town line. Crews from Ryderwood (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Vader gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Vader customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Vader customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Vader customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Vader addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Vader crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
