From single pieces to full crew runs, Waupaca gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Waupaca, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 6,300 people spread over 7.9 square miles, Waupaca gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: King, WI (3 mi), Chain O' Lakes, WI (5 mi), Weyauwega, WI (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 91 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Waupaca.
Custom Design demand around Waupaca does not stop at the town line. Crews from King (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Waupaca customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Waupaca customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Waupaca customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Waupaca addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
