Embroidery delivered to Aleknagik

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Aleknagik, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Aleknagik is home to a community of 199 across 26.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Dillingham, AK (16 mi), Clark's Point, AK (32 mi), Manokotak, AK (40 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Base Kodiak, roughly 248 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Aleknagik.

Embroidery demand around Aleknagik does not stop at the town line. Crews from Dillingham (16 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Aleknagik gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Aleknagik customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Aleknagik customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Aleknagik addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Aleknagik crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Aleknagik crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
