Embroidery delivered to Arctic Village

Arctic Village crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Arctic Village address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 63.8 square miles of Arctic Village sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Venetie, AK (83 mi), Fort Yukon, AK (109 mi), Chalkyitsik, AK (113 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Wainwright, around 238 miles from Arctic Village, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Arctic Village counted against your roster.

Because Venetie sits only 83 miles from Arctic Village, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Arctic Village gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Arctic village customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Arctic Village customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Arctic Village customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Arctic Village addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your arctic village crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
