Embroidery in Farm Loop, AK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Farm Loop gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Farm Loop

Farm Loop crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Farm Loop address in 5 to 7 business days.

Farm Loop covers 9.1 square miles of Alaska, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Palmer, AK (3 mi), Buffalo Soapstone, AK (4 mi), Gateway, AK (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson sits about 32 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Farm Loop.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Alaska mixes Farm Loop crews with neighbors like Palmer, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Farm Loop gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Farm loop customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Farm Loop customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Farm Loop addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Farm Loop crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Farm Loop crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
