Custom embroidered gear for Macdoel businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Macdoel, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Macdoel to the other, 0.2 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mount Hebron, CA (3 mi), Dorris, CA (11 mi), Tennant, CA (18 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Kingsley Field, roughly 30 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Macdoel.
Because Mount Hebron sits only 3 miles from Macdoel, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Macdoel customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Macdoel customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Budget planning for Macdoel customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Delivery to Macdoel addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your macdoel crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
