Embroidery in Wanship, UT.

Custom embroidered gear for Wanship businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Wanship

Wanship crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wanship address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 5.1 square miles of Wanship sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Hoytsville, UT (4 mi), East Basin, UT (6 mi), Coalville, UT (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Camp Williams sits about 36 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Wanship.

Embroidery demand around Wanship does not stop at the town line. Crews from Hoytsville (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Wanship gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Wanship customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Wanship customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Budget planning for Wanship customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Wanship addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Wanship crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your wanship crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
