Custom apparel delivered to Pound, Wisconsin in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Pound order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Pound is home to a community of 352 across 0.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Coleman, WI (2 mi), Crivitz, WI (9 mi), Lena, WI (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City sits about 121 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Wisconsin military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort McCoy, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Pound.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pound customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Pound customers, these three earn their keep.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
The table below is the actual price list Pound customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Delivery to Pound addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your pound group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
