Screen Printing for Force: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Force crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Force address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.2 square miles of Force sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Weedville, PA (1 mi), Byrnedale, PA (2 mi), Penfield, PA (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Carlisle Barracks sits about 100 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Force.
A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Force crews with neighbors like Weedville, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Force customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Force customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Here is what Force customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Force addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Force crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
