Sublimation in Crestline, CA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Crestline gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Crestline

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Crestline, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Crestline covers 13.9 square miles of California, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lake Arrowhead, CA (6 mi), Muscoy, CA (8 mi), San Bernardino, CA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, March Air Reserve Base sits about 23 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Crestline.

Because Lake Arrowhead sits only 6 miles from Crestline, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Crestline gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Crestline customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Crestline customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Crestline customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Crestline addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Crestline crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
