Sublimation in Hassell, NC.

Custom sublimated gear for Hassell businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Hassell

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Hassell, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Hassell at a community of 47 on 0.3 square miles of North Carolina, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Oak City, NC (4 mi), Hamilton, NC (5 mi), Robersonville, NC (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Seymour Johnson AFB, around 54 miles from Hassell, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Hassell.

Because Oak City sits only 4 miles from Hassell, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Hassell gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Hassell customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hassell customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hassell customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Hassell addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Hassell crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
