Sublimation in Hatch, UT.

Custom sublimated gear for Hatch businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Hatch

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Hatch, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Hatch at a community of 138 on 1.8 square miles of Utah, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Panguitch, UT (12 mi), Bryce Canyon City, UT (15 mi), Alton, UT (16 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Nellis Air Force Base, around 184 miles from Hatch, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Hatch.

Because Panguitch sits only 12 miles from Hatch, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Hatch gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Hatch customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hatch customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Hatch customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Hatch addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Hatch crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Hatch crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
