Sublimation in Wakarusa, KS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Wakarusa gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Wakarusa

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Wakarusa, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Wakarusa to the other, 5.0 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Carbondale, KS (5 mi), Auburn, KS (6 mi), Scranton, KS (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Leavenworth, roughly 51 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wakarusa.

Sublimation demand around Wakarusa does not stop at the town line. Crews from Carbondale (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Wakarusa gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Wakarusa customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Wakarusa customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Wakarusa addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Wakarusa crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your wakarusa crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
