Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.

Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. West virginia customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Every kind of crew: Military Units, Veteran Organizations, First Responders, Construction Companies, Gyms and Fitness, Restaurants and Bars. If your group is not on that list, it just means we have not printed for you yet.
PT shirts, deployment and homecoming tees, ball apparel, and morale gear, The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, event shirts, and banners for West Virginia companies, leagues, and schools. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Photo shirts and family runs from just 10 pieces, treated as the most important order on the schedule, because to the family it is.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks West Virginia customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure West Virginia customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The test for every piece that leaves here is simple: will it still look right after fifty washes? Cured ink that flexes with the fabric, in-house digitizing that keeps small stitches legible, and blanks chosen by weight class for how the gear will actually be used. When the honest answer is that a garment or method will not hold up, we say so and steer you to one that will, before your money is on the table.
The timeline to every address in West Virginia is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your west virginia group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
