Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Potlatch crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Idaho in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Potlatch order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Potlatch is home to a community of 792 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Onaway, ID (1 mi), Princeton, ID (3 mi), Viola, ID (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fairchild Air Force Base sits about 57 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Idaho military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Gowen Field and Mountain Home Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Potlatch.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Potlatch customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Potlatch customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Potlatch customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Potlatch addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Potlatch group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
