Sublimation in Potlatch, ID.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Potlatch gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Potlatch

Potlatch crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Potlatch address in 5 to 7 business days.

Potlatch is home to a community of 792 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Onaway, ID (1 mi), Princeton, ID (3 mi), Viola, ID (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fairchild Air Force Base sits about 57 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Potlatch.

Because Onaway sits only 1 miles from Potlatch, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Potlatch gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Potlatch customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Potlatch customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Potlatch customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Potlatch addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Potlatch crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
